Students of Skinner Driven CDL Training receive hands-on and classroom training from our expert trucking instructors who will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the trucking industry.
All trainees will experience one-on-one sessions with each of our four experienced instructors, providing the opportunity to learn from multiple experiences and perspectives.

Our Team

Andrew Krumholz
Andrew served as a sworn law enforcement officer in the state of Wisconsin for 17 years (Dodge County Sherriff’s Office, Town of Beaver Dam Police Dept., Columbus Police Dept.). He is a CVSA-certified truck inspector with specialized training in SWAT, evidence tech for crime scene processing, and basic truck law. Andrew was also a member of the SWAT team, accident reconstruction team, and truck inspector team.
He has assisted in training new officers as well as department officers with truck laws. He operated many different commercial vehicles for 25 years through farming practices or over-the-road commercial transport of goods.

Alan Simon
Al has 24 years of over-the-road and regional driving experience.
Al started with Skinner Transfer Corp as a company driver in 1997. He left to work in the oil field in Williston, ND hauling water and crude oil for 3 years, and then returned to Skinner in 2015. Al enjoys golf, motorcycling and likes a good baseball and football game.

Debi Nisbit
Debi has been an over-the-road truck driver for more than 17 years with over 2 million miles of experience. She has operated multiple commercial vehicle combinations including doubles and triples and is certified in hazmat and tanker.
Debi has owned her own semi and has worked in the oil/gas fields doing many different operations.

Kurt Huff
Kurt has 26 years of over the road and regional driving experience. He owned and operated his own truck and trailer for 10 years. He has been with Skinner Transfer since 2010 as a regional company driver. In his free time he likes to hunt, go camping with his family and work on the family farm in northern Minnesota.

Bruce Pannkuk
Bruce has over 34 years of over-the-road experience. He had been an owner-operator for 7 of those, hauling fuel.
He has pulled every kind of trailer and is certified in hazmat and tanker.
Bruce loves to ride his Harley and attend dirt track races in his spare time.
